Bianka is scientist, activist, and manager - president of the Perspektywy Educational Foundation working for women in new technologies and general STEM and digital education. Creator of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit - the largest event for women in technology in Europe and Asia. Initiator of the Girls at Technical Universities! campaign, in which 200,000 high school students took part over 16 years, and the share of women at technical universities increased by 10%.
Winner of prestigious awards and distinctions, including ”Global Social Impact Innovator 2025” by Department of States US.
Dr Siwinska is also involved in development of Quantum Technologies Strategy for Poland by the Ministry of Digitalisation, and Supervisory Board member of Creaotech Quantum.
