Registration will be open during the following hours: June 15th, 2026 | 8.00 a.m. – 8.30 p.m. June 16th, 2026 | 8.30 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.
Badges may be collected after prior registration on the event website and confirmation of acceptance of the application by the Organiser. Name badges will be required during the event. When leaving the building and returning to the International Congress Centre, participants must present their badge each time for scanning.
The following badges will be used during the event:
Speaker, Premium and Media badges entitle holders to:
attend the conference part of CYBERSEC EXPO & FORUM in person (June 15–16, 2026),
access the Premium Zone (coffee breaks and lunch),
attend the evening gala (June 15th, 2026),
attend the banquet (June 15th, 2026, after the evening gala),
access live broadcasts and replays from the conference part of the event.
Standard and Media Standard badges entitle holders to:
attend the conference part of CYBERSEC EXPO & FORUM in person (June 15–16, 2026),
access live broadcasts and replays from the conference part of the event.
The event will be held in Polish. Selected sessions will be interpreted simultaneously PL/EN; details are provided in the agenda.
Interpretation sets, consisting of headphones and receivers, will be available at the Info Point in the Lower Hall of the International Congress Centre.

Each interpretation set has a unique code. When an interpretation set is collected by a participant, the code is scanned and assigned to that participant. The person to whom the set is assigned is responsible for returning it and for any loss of the set. Participants are kindly requested to return the sets at the end of each event day.
Participants who require accommodation are encouraged to book directly with the hotel of their choice. Accommodation costs are not covered by the Organiser.

Car parks will be supervised during the event, but they are not guarded. Entry to the car park is free of charge and possible only upon presentation of a unique parking pass, available for download from the participant's individual account. Parking is permitted only in designated spaces.
If the car parks are full, we recommend using the parking facilities around the International Congress Centre – municipal car parks are available at participants' own expense.

Silesian Museum – an above-ground car park with 120 parking spaces, including 9 spaces for coaches and 7 spaces for persons with reduced mobility, and a three-level underground car park with 220 spaces, including 12 spaces for persons with reduced mobility. Parking is free of charge for up to three hours. A fee of PLN 5 is charged for each additional hour and can be paid at machines located by both car parks (cash and card accepted). Parking for two-wheelers is free of charge. Both car parks can be accessed from ul. Dobrowolskiego. More information: muzeumslaskie.pl
