Use of the service is free of charge. All information, texts, articles and any other data published therein may not be copied (in whole or in part), reproduced or modified without the prior written consent of PTWP-ONLINE Sp. z o.o., in accordance with the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws No. 24, item 83, as amended, Poland).

Reprints of texts available in the portal archive require prior acquisition of a licence on the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Any consent to reprint may apply exclusively to the portal’s own archival texts. A text is deemed archival after 7 days from the date of publication. Reprinting newer texts is excluded.
  2. In order to obtain permission to reprint, it is necessary to purchase a licence by placing an order on the Publisher’s website:https://www.ptwp.pl/konto/potwierdz_zamowienie/97.html. The order includes access to the text together with a licence for a single reprint and the delivery of the text file in electronic form.
  3. The licence fee amounts to PLN 500 net per text. The Publisher reserves the right to determine an individual price for a given text.
  4. Upon making the payment, the Licensee should send the order number together with a link to the relevant text to: kontakt@ptwp.pl In response, a representative of the Publisher will provide the text file.
  5. The purchase of a licence is tantamount to obtaining permission for a single publication of the text under the terms set out herein; it does not constitute the acquisition of economic copyrights to the text.
  6. The licence entitles the Licensee to publish the text in electronic form exclusively on their own publicly accessible website, without the right to grant sublicences. The Licensee is not entitled to make the text available to third parties for further publication or use in any form. In particular, any further distribution, reproduction, circulation, duplication, dissemination, sharing on internal or external networks, or public making available of the text—regardless of the method or form—is prohibited.
  7. A text published under the acquired licence must include the author’s full name (if indicated in the source text), the name of the portal, the date of the original publication, and an active hyperlink to the original text on the portal.
  8. Payment of the licence fee constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  9. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, use of the texts requires separate, prior consent from the portal’s Publisher and the conclusion of an appropriate agreement; otherwise, the user shall be liable to the Publisher for unlawful exploitation and infringement of rights.

PTWP fully respects the users’ right to privacy and the protection of personal data. Use of the service does not require disclosure of users’ identities. Exceptions may apply to services based on voluntary subscriptions and to conferences organised by Polskie Towarzystwo Wspierania Przedsiębiorczości S.A. In such cases, when ordering a service and/or completing a conference registration form, the user is asked to provide basic identifying information. Data collected in this manner are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the current version of which is published on the website: Privacy Policy.

While PTWP makes every effort to ensure that the information published on this service is complete and accurate, it cannot guarantee its correctness and accepts no liability for any damages arising from its use.
