Ewelina Włoch
She has been involved in local government for 20 years. Her career to date has focused primarily on securing external funding for investment projects. She coordinates digital transformation initiatives in the City of Rybnik, including the smart city and ROW2.0 hydrogen project. She heads the Department of Digitalization and New Technologies at Rybnik City Hall. She received the 2023 Digital Shapers Award in the Digital Transformation category. She has been a speaker at numerous events and congresses on hydrogen and digital transformation, including the Smart City Expo in Barcelona.
