He currently serves as Strategy, R&D and PMO Director at Polish Security Printing Works (PWPW S.A.), where he operates at the intersection of identity, trust, digital transformation, public-sector capability, and innovation, with a strong focus on translating strategy into operational results.
Over the course of his career, Jakub has led work across strategy, analytics, market growth, innovation, M&A, and large-scale transformation. He has advised global clients, built new business lines, led transformation programs, and helped complex organizations move from insight to execution.
