Łukasz Zych
a specialist in public communication, media relations, and information management in public institutions. For more than ten years, he has been developing and coordinating communication activities for public administration bodies, non-governmental organizations, and cultural institutions. He is currently responsible for the public image of Poland’s largest metropolitan association and its relations with the media.
Between 2019 and 2022, he served as spokesperson for the Regional Directorate for Environmental Protection in Katowice, communicating complex environmental and administrative issues to diverse audiences. Earlier, he worked as a radio journalist, gaining experience in sourcing, verifying, and communicating information.
A graduate of Jagiellonian University and the National School of Public Administration, he combines practical media expertise with a deep understanding of public institutions. His interests include the impact of communication on public opinion, societal resilience to disinformation, and building trust in public institutions in the age of information overload. He is the author and coordinator of numerous educational, training, and public engagement projects.
