Patryk Gęborys
is a cybersecurity and information protection expert with over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry. He serves as Director of the Cybersecurity Office (CISO) at PZU Group, where he is responsible for strategy and the management of IT security at one of the largest financial institutions in the region.
He specializes in building and developing comprehensive security frameworks covering both IT and OT environments, aligning them with the organization’s business objectives. His experience includes cybersecurity advisory, security audits and penetration testing, as well as the design and implementation of monitoring and protection solutions for complex technology environments.
He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and has previously worked with organizations including EY, PwC, and the telecommunications sector. Patryk is also a co-founder and honorary member of ISSA Poland.
