Tomasz Zdzikot
Attorney-at-law, Deputy Chairman of the Security and Defense Council to the President of the Republic of Poland, Chairman of the Council of the Security-Energy-Technology Foundation.
From 2015 to 2018, he served as Undersecretary of State and subsequently Secretary of State at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, and from 2018 to 2020, he served as Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defense, also acting as the Ministry’s Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity. He was responsible, among other things, for the creation and implementation of a comprehensive program to build the capabilities of the Polish Armed Forces and the Ministry of National Defense to operate in cyberspace, known as CYBER.MIL.PL. He subsequently served as CEO of Poczta Polska (2020–2022) and CEO of KGHM Polska Miedź (2022–2024). From November 2021 to December 2023, he served as Chairman of the Minister of National Defense’s Advisory Group on Cybersecurity.
