Cybersecurity systems architect, expert in security and business continuity for civilian and military systems. Practitioner in the development, operation, and protection of sensitive data in data storage and transmission systems, i.a. for military missions in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and the Syrian border. He has held numerous important positions within the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff of the Polish Army, and NATO, as well as in state administration and business. These include: plenipotentiary of the Minister of Digital Affairs for cybersecurity, member of the management board of T-Mobile PL; director of the Armament Policy Department at the Ministry of National Defense; director of operations at the NATO Communication Services Agency (NCSA); chief of staff/deputy commander of the NATO CIS Group; director of the Information Technology and Telecommunications Department at the Ministry of National Defense; and head of the Communications and IT Directorate of the General Staff of the Polish Army. He has served long-time as Poland's representative to the Working Group of National Technical Experts of Telecommunications (WGNTE/COM) at NATO Headquarters. Former: Deputy National Armament Director, Co-Chairmen of PL-UKR Sub-comity of Armaments Industry cooperation, representative to CNAD NATO, PAF representative to NATO C3 Board, member of European Cyber Security Organization (ESCO), Representative to EDA Steering Group and member of: Council National Research and Development Centre (NCBR), scientific council of Air Force Institute of Technologie and scientific council of the Military Communication Institute.
